We have updated the terms for your membership of The International Coach, Trainer and Therapist Network – ICN. ICN is an international network for professionals working within the field of coaching, teaching, Therapy and healing. ICN is founded in 2007 by Jack and Helene Makani as a professional network for HR Coaches. The membership has been free of charge so far and all expenses paid by Makani Academy. However we find that it is time for ICN to take the next step and become a much broader network for professionals within the field of personal transformation. We therefore wish to extend ICN to cover 4 levels of membership: • Accredited institute: Run by a Master Trainer. Can certify HR Coaches and Enneagram Coaches. Annual fee: 250 Euros + 30 euros pr. Trainer connected to the institute. • Master Trainer & Trainer: Can certify practitioner and master level. Annual fee 200 euros • Holistic Psychotherapist, HR Coach, Holistic Coach & Enneagram Coach Annual fee 150 Euros ______________________________________________________________ • Associated members: - NLP Masters, Enneagram masters or the like Annual fee 80 Euros - NLP Practitioners or the like Annual fee 50 Euros ICN accept certificates from any certified trainer. The mission of ICN is to form a world wide network of professionals sharing the vision that people use most possible of their potential to make this world a better place for everybody. The aim of ICN is: • To ensure high standards for members working with coaching, training and changework with clients. • Assist members to present themselves to customers and clients. • Set a frame of ethical standards for members. • Offer an opportunity for members to inspire each other and exchange experiences. • Encourage members to make scientific studies within their special interests. The network will be run by one of the offices of Makani Academy. The advantages for members of ICN will be: • Membership of an international network of professionals; • ICN logo can be used in marketing (exception is associated members) • Members can present themselves by name and short introduction on ICN site and have a link to own site; • Members can market themselves by writing articles on www.makani.com and ICN site; • Members can participate in ICN conferences and inspire each other by presenting workshops and talks; • Members can use each other as a professional network and have customers and clients from each other; • Members can present themselves to the public as a full scale Academy and pass students on to Makani Academy and receive a fee for that; • Members can buy products (study-packets) from Makani Academy for a special price; • Members who want to do special research within a certain area of interest can apply for financial support from ICN – when funds are available; • Members can become supervised by more experienced members in connection with special problems they meet. The annual fee is used by ICN (Office of Makani Academy) to administrate membership service and to market the organization and its members by running the website www.intercoaching.net Further to that there will be an annual conference for members. Extra funds are used to support selected research projects carried out by members or to support people in the world with needs. ICN will have a group of ethics taking care of complaints and ethical questions. The fee is paid to a special account for ICN payments only and the annual statement will be published on the ICN Website soon after closing a financial year. The first ICN conference is planned to take place Sunday 31th October in Cyprus (Lordos Beach Hotel). The Training standards for ICN will be available on the ICN site from middle of February 2010. The upgrade of the ICN site will start soon and is expected to be finished within a couple of months.
