What training does an HR Coach have?

icnlogo-small.gif An HR Coach is a person who has received at least 500 hours of training in assisting clients with coaching and change work. He/she has been trained to help others to achieve their goals and make the changes they want, in their mind and in their real life.

An HR Coach is a person who has developed his/her ability to fully set aside his own needs during the session, and to be totally present for the coachee (coachee = person being coached).
It is a person who can assist the coachee at both the conscious and the unconscious level.

The HR Coach training is created on the concept that to help others change one must be able to create a room - an atmosphere - that makes it safe for the other person to change. In order to do this the HR Coach must have worked so much with his/hers own issues that he/she is able to meet the other person at a respectful and caring level. Much of the training is therefore aimed at personal development and personal knowledge of the student's own beliefs and patterns - in order to ensure that the student can truly respect other people's model of the world.
