To become an ICN member the coach must hold a HR Coach Certificate from an Accredited Institute.

 

Accredited institutes must meet the following standards:

 

  • The Institute leader must be a certified Master Trainer within his/her field and with a good knowledge of the Enneagram model.

  • The Institute must hold an outstanding expertise in the Enneagram model.

  • The Institute must design its HR Coach training according to ICN standards.
